Highland Holiday Properties is a family business set up by Robert and Alison Rankin, who travel at the end of each working week from our home in the Scottish Borders to Aviemore to take advantage of the various outdoor pursuits that this area has to offer.

After developing a love for this remote, often wild and always beautiful part of Scotland we took the decision to provide some fantastic self catering accommodation so others could experience the delights that the Highlands have to offer.

We aim to offer accommodation that is suitable for all - from the family skiing trip to a group of hikers looking to explore these magnificent hills or simply relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery.
